**What You\'ll Do**
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency
- Provide care for patients with a wide range of illnesses, injuries,
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, EMS
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical
- Support a culture of patient safety, quality care, and teamwork
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous emergency nursing experience preferred, but new graduates
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
