Position Summary: As a CNA on our Med-Surg floor, you will play a vital
role in supporting our nursing staff by assisting with basic patient
care needs and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for
patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming,
- Take and record vital signs and input/output measurements
- Provide support during patient transfers and ambulation
- Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Ensure patient rooms and equipment are clean and properly maintained
- Offer compassionate, respectful care to patients and families
- Current Kansas CNA certification preferred, not required
- BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- Previous hospital or Med-Surg experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, caring, and detail-oriented
