Labette Center will be looking for a person that is highly motivated and prepared for a new and innovative way to provide care.
Purpose is to provide mobile response and crisis services to adults, children, and families in Labette County.
Some duties include:
Facilitate safety plans
Monitor and follow up to ensure care and services are accessed
Complete timely and accurate documentation

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individual to join our dynamic team providing consultations as part of a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC). CCBHC’s provide equitable, high quality integrated behavioral health care that is sustainable. The CCBHC model is an outpatient model that provides integrated services including 24/7 crisis response and medication-assisted treatment. It also meets strict criteria regarding access, quality reporting, staffing, and coordination with social services, justice, and education systems.

Pay: $26.20 per hour
