Finishing Operator

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform the final stages of the production process, ensuring every product meets our quality standards and customer specifications before shipment. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of finishing and manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to ensure consistent product quality and efficient production.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment issues, making minor adjustments or reporting concerns to minimize downtime.
• Safely operate material handling equipment to transport products and materials throughout the facility.
• Perform finishing, packaging, and other production-related tasks as needed.
• Complete quality documentation accurately and maintain production records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all company safety standards and housekeeping expectations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment and identify production issues.
• Basic mathematical skills with the ability to perform measurements, calculations, and work within tight machining tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.
