What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift position at Labelink?
Labelink is looking for an Maintenance Technician for our Appleton, WI facility. Interviewing won't start until July 6th, 2026.

Shift Details:
- 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm.
- Overtime opportunities as needed.
What Youll Do:
- Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems as needed.
- Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA 1910 guidelines.
- Learn and use maintenance software such as Micro-Main CMMS to manage tasks and maintenance records.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical components on printing presses.
What Were Looking For:
- Solid understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with electrically powered printing presses and their components.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA standards.
- Reliable and consistent work ethic, especially in performing scheduled maintenance.
- Openness to learning new tools and technologies, including maintenance management software.
