We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team on 2nd shift in our Finishing Department.

Shift Details
- Training will be conducted on 1st shift.
- Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:20 PM–12:20 AM ( $1.00 shift differential).
What You’ll Do
- Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions.
- Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met.
- Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.
- Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus.
