Production Worker

Label Solutions Inc is one of North America’s largest suppliers of regulatory compliant compressed gas cylinder labels. We also offer unique pressure-sensitive product label solutions for manufacturers relating to prime labeling, fleet signage, efficient multi-SKU printing, FDA's new nutrition label formatting, product launch campaigns, and compliance advisory services. We are currently looking to add to our team in Marshfield, MO.

Label Solutions is currently looking for a candidate in our production facility. This candidate should have manufacturing experience and being mechanically inclined will also benefit this individual. Someone with previous production/printing experience would be a plus!

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up and operating equipment that die cuts blank and preprinted materials
• Responsible for performing machine make ready’s, achieving run speed standards, productivity efficiencies, and more importantly meeting customer requirements and quality standards
• Monitors the product for quality while minimizing waste and reworks
• Accurately records time and materials for each job
• Diagnoses problems, and provides the required maintenance to equipment in a timely manner
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to as much as 60 pounds occasionally
• Works with other members of the team to complete orders in an accurate and efficient manner

Position Qualifications:

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
• Possesses mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Machinery or manufacturing experience: 1 year (Preferred) ·
• Be able to perform work related math functions (which includes the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide) ·
• Accurately read and use measuring devices
• Be able to use hand tools
• Have sufficient skill and experience with troubleshooting ·
• Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Have the ability to stand long hours, stop, crouch, kneel, crawl, climb and use hands and wrists continuously
• Good verbal and written comprehension, with ability to receive and follow instructions
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision
• Be able to communicate and troubleshoot machine problems with technical support using email and cell phone.
