turnaround time, especially when other suppliers fall short.
The Role
This is a hunter position focused on new business development.
• Building your own pipeline through calls, visits, and outreach
• Closing new accounts and developing long-term relationships
• Growing recurring revenue through repeat business
• Managing follow-up on quotes and opportunities
You will work directly with the VP of Sales and be expected to operate with urgency and accountability.
Compensation
• $60,000 base salary
• Uncapped residual commissions
• First-year target: $90K–$120K
• Top performers: $130K
This role rewards production. There is no ceiling for someone who can consistently close new business.
What It Takes to Succeed
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to sell value in competitive environments
• High level of accountability and follow-through
• Self-starter who can perform without micromanagement
Preferred Experience
• 3 years B2B sales (labels, packaging, or industrial preferred)
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience selling both transactional and contract-based work

• Need constant direction or supervision
