Responsibilities include:
Drive sales through customer service and store appearance
Train, develop and inspire employees to create a respectful environment
Ensure that all associates are trained in product knowledge and customer service
Execute proper staffing of store based on customer shopping patterns, daily sales and customer service requirements
Other Duties as assigned
Education, Experience and Skillset
HS Degree required
Experience in driving sales and achieving sales goals
Proven leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Strong communication skills and customer focus
