Duties
- Lead store opening and closing procedures with confidence, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored product recommendations
- Assist customers with personalized consultations to enhance their shopping experience
- Upsell products and promote new arrivals to meet or exceed sales targets while building strong client relationships
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store environment is inviting and well-presented
- Handle stock management tasks including inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organizing backroom storage
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors
- Support cashiering duties such as cash handling, processing returns, and managing sales data analysis for improved performance
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is not a must
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets through effective upselling techniques and client relationship building
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash handling, and inventory management are necessary

Pay: $12.00 - $12.25 per hour
