As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their dining experience by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and genuine hospitality.
- Manage seating and waitlists while keeping the dining room flowing smoothly.
- Provide menus, answer initial questions, and make guests feel at home.
- Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and takeout orders.
- Help keep guests engaged and happy, resolving small issues with positivity.
- Support fellow team members and step in to help when needed.
- Be knowledgeable about our menu so you can confidently guide guests.
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive, upbeat energy—even when it’s busy!
- Able to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.
- Willing to learn, take direction, and grow with us.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
