Role Description
This is a full-time 2nd shift, on-site position located in Elkhart, IN, for a Flexographic Press Operator. The role involves operating flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels and tags. Key responsibilities include preparing and setting up the press for jobs, performing routine quality control checks, troubleshooting operational issues, and conducting pre-press preparation. The role requires attention to detail, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Machine Operation and Printing to ensure efficient and accurate press management
- Experience in Quality Control and Troubleshooting to maintain production standards and address technical issues
- Understanding of Pre-press processes and procedures to ensure successful job setups
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with or around industrial machinery
- Prior experience in flexographic printing or label production is highly desirable
