This leadership role involves managing projects and staff, leading building enclosure investigations, performing peer reviews, developing repair designs, and overseeing construction administration and field testing.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor project managers and technical staff.
- Lead investigations of roofing, waterproofing, glazing, and exterior wall systems.
- Review and approve technical reports, findings, recommendations, and cost estimates.
- Perform peer reviews of building enclosure drawings and specifications for new construction projects.
- Lead repair and rehabilitation design projects, including preparation and review of drawings and specifications.
- Support bidding activities, contractor procurement, and construction administration.
- Conduct site visits, prepare observation reports, and communicate project findings to clients.
- Oversee building enclosure field testing and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a technical resource for project teams.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license.
- Minimum 7 years of building enclosure consulting experience.
- Experience leading peer reviews, investigations, repair designs, and construction administration services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and/or Bluebeam.
- IIBEC certifications (RRC, RRO, REWC, REWO, RWC, or RWO).
- Base Salary: $120,000–$180,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Bonus: Up to 30% of base salary based on individual and company performance.
