Senior Financial Analyst

Labcorp is seeking a HYBRID Senior Financial Analyst to join our team

!Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm ES

RESPONSIBILITIE

• S:Financial modeling and analyses related to Accounts Receivable, revenue, and allowance
• s.Tracking and reporting KPIs such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), coverage ratios, et
• c.Assist with monthly financial reporting and automation of processe
• s.Create and analyze monthly and quarterly reporting to senior management ensuring financial information is accurate and timel
• y.Identify trends and deviations from expectations and provide insight to senior managemen
• t.Drive automation and process improvements for monthly and quarterly reportin
• g.Analyze and calculate adjustments to specific reserve accrual
• s.Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, scenario modeling, and predictive analytic
• s.Review and provide GL coding for Refund and Recovery request
• s.Identify areas impacting price and work with business segment owners to understand, document, and communicate finding
• s.Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls are adhered

• to
  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIO
• NS:High School diploma or
• GED5 or more years of experience as a senior financial analyst, financial analyst, or in a similar positi

on.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIO

• NS: 5 or more years of advanced financial mode
• ling4 or more years of variance and performance anal
• ysis3 or more years of process improvement and automa
• tion5 or more years of Excel (advance formulas, data cleansing, Pivot Tables, Tables, charts, data integr
• ity)3 or more years working with PeopleSoft Financials and/or Oracle or other comparable ERP sys

• View3 or more years of General Ledger Knowledge – structure, reconciliations, coding, and accr

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic parter to Revenue Cycle Management, delivering insightful financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analyses. In addition to supporting monthly close and reporting, you will support ad hoc analyses and reporting to enhance management presentations and decisions.
