We are currently seeking a Patient Service Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collecting specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Processing billing information and collecting payments when required.
