We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Specimen Collector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients through venipuncture and capillary techniques.
You will also perform data entry of patient information, process billing information, and collect payments as required. Additionally, you will prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis, maintain patient and specimen information logs, and provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required.
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
