Join Labcorp’s 2026 Global Internship Program and take the first step toward a meaningful career in healthcare innovation! We’re looking for motivated students to be part of a dynamic 12-week paid internship where you’ll work on impactful projects and gain real-world experience, all while supporting our mission to improve health and improve lives.

About the Program

Internship Details
Duration: 12 weeks, full-time
Dates of Internship: May 18, 2026 - August 7, 2026
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
This position is fully remote - Candidates must be located in U.S.

Responsibilities:
Learn the critical business practices, resiliency processes and the tools that support them
Work with the resiliency team in understanding, developing, enhancing, and testing resiliency plans
Discover and support the alignment of business process to resiliency plans
Understand the relationship and mapping of resiliency plans to process owners
Review user surveys for opportunities to improve program training requirements
Utilize approved AI tools wherever possible to promote efficiencies in process
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Pursuing a degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar.
Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
Embraces diverse perspectives through partnerships and teamwork.
Effective at gathering and analyzing data.
Works well in a highly collaborative environment.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
