Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement market-specific sales strategies
Aligned with overall company goals, considering the unique landscape of the USA market.

Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our
market presence through various brands approach on ePlatform and strategic
partnerships.

Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to increase brand awareness and market
share across existing and emerging markets in the USA.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
key stakeholders, including Big Pharmaceutical/Biotech Companies and distributors, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance Management: Monitor key regional sales metrics,
providing insightful reports to upper management and recommending
data-driven improvements.

Budget Management: Develop and manage regional sales budgets, optimizing
resource allocation and achieving financial targets.
·
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all sales activities comply with local
regulations and company policies, upholding the highest ethical standards.

Team Leadership (future plan): Recruit, mentor, and manage a
high-performing team of sales professionals, providing them with the
necessary guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.·
Training & Development (future plan): Foster a culture of continuous learning
by offering ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with other departments

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (Master Degree is a plus) in Cell Biology, Applied
Biology or a related field.
Proven success in sales management within the pharmaceutical/Biotech
industry.
Distributors' management capacity is highly preferred
Prior experience managing US markets is highly preferred.
meticulous attention to detail, and a strong team spirit.
Laboratory experience, especially in Cell Culturing or Biopharma, is a plus.
Willing to travel (60-70%)
