What you bring to the table:
- 7 years of technically 'hands-on' Pega delivery experience
- Experience leading teams of 5 and guiding technical delivery
- Ownership of overall design and solution delivery
- Accountability for solution quality and component design reviews
- Expertise in performance analysis and optimization
- Strong enterprise architecture knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Your responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Pega applications for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with a network of highly experienced Pega consultants globally
- Provide mentorship and leadership to team members
- Participate in resource planning and client engagement
- Drive Enterprise-wide Pega implementations that deliver measurable business impact
Job Requirements:
- Right to work in the United States (US Citizenship OR Green Card required)
- Pega CLSA (1&2) is a prerequisite
- Exposure to technologies such as WebSphere/WebLogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .NET, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL (expertise in some recommended but not essential)
- Strong team player with analytical mindset
- Experience integrating Pega with multiple protocols
- Comfortable engaging with client senior management
