What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/ office Assistant position at LABARBERA FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC LLC?
A permanent position is currently open in our chiropractic office. We are looking for someone to perform numerous duties including data input, scheduling, filing, telephone communication, receiving payments, patient assistance, faxing, calling for lab results, light cleaning, Etc. and any other activities that will help our office run efficiently and smoothly. This position requires opening and closing the office. It will be approximately 35 /- hours a week. You will eventually be the key employee that runs every aspect of the office.
You must have very proficient skills using a computer as the majority of tasks involve inputting data into our software programs. The person we are looking for MUST be health conscious, mature and professional in attitude and appearance. This is a fast paced, multi-tasking position. You will be on your feet for the entire shift and will need the energy and ambition to keep moving from the start to the end of your shift.
Hours are as follows:
Mondays: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM /-
Tuesdays: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM /-
Wednesdays: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM /-
Thursdays: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM /-
Fridays: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM /- As of January 1, 2026 only 1 Friday a month.
NOTE: HOURS CAN VARY DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRACTICE THAT CAN INCLUDE EMERGENCIES AS WELL AS THE NEED TO COVER FOR OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT CAN NOT WORK ON ANY GIVEN DAY. We are a small office and, therefore, covering for one another occasionally is necessary.
Training will be done in office. Raise review after 8 to 12 weeks of training.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour training rate to start.
