The Purchasing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the reliable supply of products and materials sourced from external suppliers. This position is a full-time on-site role supporting the day-to-day execution of Newton Beverage Solutions’ strategic supply chain vision. This includes a strong emphasis on developing preferred supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement in the following areas:
The Purchasing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the reliable supply of products and materials sourced from external suppliers. This position is a full-time on-site role supporting the day-to-day execution of Newton Beverage Solutions’ strategic supply chain vision. This includes a strong emphasis on developing preferred supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement in the following areas:
- Supplier quality
- Supplier delivery
- Supplier landed cost YOY reduction
- Supplier engagement (LeanDNA supplier portal utilization, TWC, tariff mitigation, etc.)
- Procurement, planning, and inventory management skills
- Proficiency in Intelligent Supply Chain Execution Platform LeanDNA a plus
- Supply chain management and logistics expertise
- Experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation
- Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 10 year's supply chain experience
