Overview

We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work and local driving, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a fast-moving, growing company where every team member makes an impact.

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders
• Put away inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and stock organization
• Load and unload deliveries safely using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
• Drive a company box truck for local deliveries, pickups, and transfers as needed
• Plan delivery routes and help ensure timely, professional delivery service to customers
• Prepare shipments for carrier pickup, including UPS, freight, and other transportation providers
• Help coordinate outgoing deliveries and transportation of products when needed
• Maintain accurate warehouse, shipping, and delivery records in the company ERP system
• Inspect incoming or outgoing items for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow company procedures, delivery protocols, and safety guidelines
• Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to support order fulfillment and customer needs
• Be available for overtime when business needs require it

Qualifications

• Warehouse and shipping experience
• Valid CA driver Class C licensed driver with three (3) years clean driving record
• Prior experience driving 20" or 24" box truck
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and be physically able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Participation in the Random Drug testing program
• Able to use MS Office products, will use an iPad for orders received and materials delivered
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus, or willingness to obtain one if required
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, read and write, understand and follow general instructions, and maintain accurate and complete work records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
