Overview
Lab Pro Inc., a leading distributor of laboratory supplies and cleanroom products, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow our Southern California territory.
This commission-based 1099 role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who excel at building relationships and developing new business in biotech, medical device, pharmaceutical, and research lab sectors.
You’ll represent a trusted brand with strong technical expertise and customer service, backed by full marketing and inside sales support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through prospecting, relationship-building, and account management.
- Meet with lab managers, engineers, and procurement teams to assess supply needs.
- Present Lab Pro’s portfolio of cleanroom supplies, PPE, chemicals, tools, and equipment with professionalism and expertise.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding into new markets and facilities.
- Collaborate with inside sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer demos to promote the Lab Pro brand.
- Track opportunities, appointments, and performance using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within laboratory, cleanroom, or life science distribution.
- Confident, professional communicator with strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and entrepreneurial — thrives working independently in the field.
- Technically inclined and comfortable presenting product specifications and solutions.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and smartphone required.

Please Note
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own equipment, taxes, and insurance. While this role is non-exclusive, you may not represent or sell products for any competing laboratory supply, cleanroom, or scientific distribution company during your contract term with Lab Pro.
