What You’ll Do: Perform a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks Troubleshoot and repair equipment, engine-powered systems, and low-voltage electrical components Interpret blueprints and conceptual drawings for construction and repair projects Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Manage tools, equipment, and materials with care What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or building repair Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and general repair practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience using CMMS preferred Why Work at Labcorp: Opportunities to grow and learn new skills A supportive, purpose-driven work environment Make a visible impact every day Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
