POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-oriented Account Manager to support long-term customer relationships, account retention, and ongoing operational coordination for Reserve and House accounts within the Reserve Revenue Sales System.
This role serves as the primary relationship contact for mature customer accounts after they transition from active sales development into long-term account management.
The position combines elements of:

This is not a high-pressure outbound cold-calling role. The ideal candidate enjoys building long-term customer relationships, maintaining operational organization, solving problems proactively, and operating within structured systems and collaborative teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage ongoing customer communication and relationship continuity
- Coordinate recurring orders, account servicing, and operational follow-through
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, reminders, and customer workflows
- Assist customers with product questions, documentation, logistics, and internal coordination
- Support customer retention and long-term account stability
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling when appropriate
- Coordinate internally with Outside Sales Representatives, operations, technical staff, and leadership teams
- Help ensure mature customer accounts remain organized, responsive, and well-supported over time
COLLABORATIVE SALES STRUCTURE
The Reserve Revenue Sales System is intentionally designed to create collaboration between Outside Sales Representatives and Account Managers rather than competition.
Outside Sales Representatives focus primarily on generating and developing new business opportunities.
Account Managers help preserve, support, and strengthen those customer relationships as they mature.
As accounts succeed:

- Account Managers participate in ongoing account revenue growth

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This position includes:
- Base salary
