Responsibilities & Duties
- Territory growth: Identify, qualify, and prioritize targets. Build a focused account plan by segment and specialty.
- Pipeline development: Run consistent outreach by phone, email, and in person. Maintain a healthy top, middle, and late-stage funnel.
- Product demonstrations: Schedule and conduct device walk-throughs, clinical overviews, and ROI discussions tailored to each practice.
- Trials and conversions: Coordinate in-office evaluations when appropriate. Set clear success criteria. Close on agreed timelines.
- Training and onboarding: Arrange initial staff training, treatment protocols, and patient flow guidance. Support first cases.
- Account management: Protect and expand key accounts. Drive reorder cadence, attach consumables, and introduce new indications.
- Revenue execution: Meet monthly and quarterly targets. Forecast accurately. Manage pricing within guidelines.
- Education and events: Host lunch-and-learns, patient nights, and small workshops. Represent NuVissa at conferences and trade shows.
- KOL development: Identify advocates, collect case photos and testimonials with consent, and coordinate peer-to-peer education.
- Market intelligence: Report competitor activity, pricing, and messaging. Share field feedback to improve marketing and training assets.
- Compliance: Use fair-balanced claims. Follow company, industry, and state guidelines at all times. No off-label promises.
- CRM discipline: Log calls, demos, opportunities, and outcomes. Keep account data current and actionable.
- Cross-functional coordination: Partner with inside support for quotes, orders, shipments, and post-sale follow up.
- Service triage: Route technical questions to support. Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Travel: Visit accounts in territory as needed. Maintain a professional schedule and responsive communication.
