What You’ll Do:
- Engage customers with warmth and professionalism to uncover their design needs
- Provide personalized product recommendations that reflect their style and vision
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Help maintain a visually compelling and inspiring showroom
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and elevate the customer experience
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in relationship-based sales (retail or interior design background is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- A passion for design, home furnishings, and customer service
- A drive to succeed and contribute to a high-performing team
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $55,000 – $75,000/year (includes uncapped commission and bonus opportunities)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Every weekend | No nights
