Duties
- Engage and connect with customers to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on product selections.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship sales, preferably in a retail or design environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
- Knowledge of home decor sales is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features.
- A background in sales is a plus, showcasing your ability to meet or exceed targets.
