About the Role:
Markovic Estates and La Ville Imports are expanding in Connecticut and are seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across retail and on-premise accounts.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on execution — opening accounts, building placements, and generating consistent reorder volume across a diversified wine and spirits portfolio.
The company has previously executed high-visibility partnerships, including with the New York Mets, and continues to support the market through tastings and in-store activations.
Responsibilities:
- Open new retail and on-premise accounts across Connecticut
- Build relationships with store owners, buyers, and beverage managers
- Secure placements and drive reorders
- Execute tastings and in-store activations
- Maintain weekly reporting on account activity and sales
Requirements:
- Wine & spirits sales experience (distributor or supplier preferred)
- Existing Connecticut account relationships
- Proven ability to open accounts and generate sales
- Self-motivated, independent, and consistent in-market presence
Compensation:
- $750/week guaranteed draw
- 10% commission on all sales (uncapped)
Position Summary:
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a territory, open accounts, and be directly compensated based on performance. You will have support from an existing team member handling on-premise accounts and assisting with tastings, follow-ups, and in-market execution.
