Job Description:
We are seeking an outstanding Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at La Villa Grande Care Center. Our CNAs provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan.
Responsibilities include providing great resident care and support with daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene, answering patient call lights, and ensuring residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
Our CNAs work as a team and independently, have a can-do attitude, and are willing to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents. We prioritize a holistic approach to care, considering the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
