La Vigneta Winery & Restaurant is seeking a dependable, energetic Busser to join our service team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and organized environment that enhances every guest's dining experience. As a Busser, you'll work closely with servers and hosts to maintain smooth operations, quick table turnovers, and an overall atmosphere of warmth and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly presence and assist servers in maintaining exceptional service flow.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart.
- Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed.
- Keep the dining room, service stations, and floors clean and organized throughout service.
- Support servers by delivering food, running side items, and replenishing bread or silverware.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after shifts.
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required — we're happy to train motivated individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
