We're opening an exciting new Italian restaurant and are looking for a talented, passionate Sous Chef to join our team from the ground up.
Opening: July 9th, 2026
What You'll Do:
- Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team
- Prepare and execute authentic Italian-inspired dishes with consistency and quality
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Help with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food cost management
- Train and mentor line cooks
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook ready to take the next step
- Experience with Italian cuisine is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for quality ingredients and exceptional guest experiences
