Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. Responsibilities
- Receive packages at your home address during standard delivery hours
- Sort and inspect items to ensure they match provided instructions and are in good condition
- Take clear photos of items and upload reports using a simple online system
- Repack items securely and remove old or incorrect shipping labels when needed
- Prepare and ship packages using prepaid labels within required timeframes
- Keep your home workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Communicate updates, questions, or issues with the team in a timely manner
- Follow step-by-step instructions and company guidelines for each task
Qualifications
- You are able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- You have basic English skills to understand instructions and communicate clearly.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail when sorting and handling packages.
- You have basic computer skills and are comfortable uploading photos or following simple online steps.
- You have a reliable home address for receiving packages.
- You have access to a printer and a stable internet connection.
- You are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn through provided training.
Pay: $27.70 - $32.34 per hour
