Job Overview
We are seeking a bilingual SPANISH- ENGLISH professional and organized Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and mail distribution
  • Assist with customer support via phone, email, or in-person interactions
  • Maintain a professional reception area and ensure it remains organized and welcoming
  • Provide administrative support including typing, document preparation, and clerical duties
  • Support other team members with personal assistant or administrative tasks as needed

Skills

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong clerical background
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Office experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience is beneficial

This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and attention to detail are valued. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing outstanding service to clients and visitors.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
