Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host/Busser to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth seating process. Additionally, you will assist with bussing tables to maintain a clean and efficient dining environment. The ideal candidate will have prior host/hostess experience and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or waiting lists as needed
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area by bussing tables efficiently
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables to ensure readiness for new guests
- Answer guest inquiries politely and provide information about the menu or restaurant policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Experience
- Prior experience as a host or hostess is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Pay: $15.00 per hour
