La Torcia Brick Oven Pizza is a fast-paced, casual dining restaurant known for great food, great people, and a fun atmosphere. We’re looking for an energetic, friendly Bartender who loves serving guests and creating a memorable experience.
Summary
The Bartender provides outstanding hospitality by preparing craft cocktails, pouring beverages, and serving guests at the bar and in the dining room. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take drink orders, and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
- Assist with food orders, bar guests’ needs, and to-go beverages
- Process payments quickly and accurately
- Support servers and the restaurant team as needed
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Must be 21 and able to obtain/maintain required state alcohol permits
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
