Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability in attendance.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
