We’re seeking motivated, wellness-minded sales professionals to join our growing team as Part-Time Wellness Consultants.
About the Role
This is a high-traffic, client-facing position ideal for individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment. You’ll be the face of our brand—helping clients look and feel their best while meeting and exceeding personal and team sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and consult clients on our premium wellness and tanning services
- Drive sales of memberships, treatment packages, and retail products
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our service menu and wellness technologies
- Deliver an elevated client experience through education and personalized recommendations
- Maintain salon presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with all safety standards
- Perform front desk duties including check-in/out and cash handling
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional team culture
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (wellness, beauty, spa, fitness, or retail preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (including nights/weekends)
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness
- Must be 18 years or older
