Role Overview
Our Certified Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities
- Provide great resident care as outlined in resident's care plan
- Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
- Document care provided, communicate changes of condition with Supervisor
- Assist and encourage residents to participate in community activity program
- Spread Joy!
Qualifications
- Certified Caregiver in Arizona
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- Current AZ Fingerprint Card
- Current Food Handlers Card
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- Previous experience a plus!!
- A love for seniors!
