What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Admin (Utility Co focused) position at LA Solar Group Inc?
Work on projects as assigned by the Leadership Team
Submit utility paperwork to respective utility portal
Communicate with customers regarding consumption (bills), and other individuals to resolve concerns, explain information, take orders and address complaints
Process paperwork
Monitor and communicate with Utility Engineers to address project corrections.
Additional responsibilities, as needed
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
· Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office and ADP
· Proficient in use of email and internet
· Good numerical skills
· Fast keyboard skills
· Knowledge of administrative procedures
· High school diploma or equivalent
