Dishwasher/ Prep Cook
At La Segunda Bakery in Ybor City the dishwasher / prep cook's duties include, but are not limited to, washing dishes while upholding food safety standards, taking out trash, cleaning areas, learning food preparation, techniques, skills, and maintaining all aspects of the standards your management team require of staff, and work well with others. You also must have general knowledge of kitchen equipment.
