Lawn Mowing & Gardening Technician
La Rosa Landscape Company is seeking a reliable Lawn Mowing & Gardening Technician to join our Cedarburg team. This full-time position offers steady work, competitive pay, and hands-on training in landscaping, lawn care, and garden maintenance.
What You’ll Do
- Mow and maintain lawns for residential and commercial properties
- Edge walkways, driveways, and beds
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and decorative plants
- Perform garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, deadheading
- Install seasonal color displays and container gardens
- Identify pests or plant issues
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid and insurable Wisconsin Driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to Cedarburg
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Previous landscaping or gardening experience preferred, but not required
