Server / Bartender - fine dining

HIRING Bartender/Server at La Rocca Rossa, located in Downtown Morrison. We are an upscale Italian Steakhouse with a chef driven menu that celebrates Colorado’s seasonal bounty by blending rustic Italian traditions with bold ingredients, and open-flame grilling techniques.

The beverage program is a natural extension of our culinary ethos: seasonal, layered, and deeply rooted in craft. The bar incorporates herbs grown on-site, house-made shrubs and syrups, and unexpected ferments to build drinks that evolve with the seasons.

Applicants must have availability for a minimum of four evening shifts per week, with consistent availability on Friday and Saturday nights. Scheduling will vary, and shifts on both nights are not required every week, but availability is required

Compensation includes an hourly base wage plus tips.

• Base Pay: $12.14 per hour
• Estimated Total Hourly Earnings with Tips: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour. Estimated range can be higher and lower and varies by shift based on experience, shift volume, and seasonality.

Bartenders and Servers tip out the front of house support team - which includes server/bar support, host, expo, and food runner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and memorable first impression
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and efficiency in communication
• Provide expert guidance on menu selections, offering recommendations and detailed descriptions as needed
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, with attention to timing, presentation, and guest preferences
• Monitor the dining experience to ensure guest satisfaction, and address any issues with urgency and care
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and accurate order fulfillment
• Keep the dining area clean and organized, including resetting tables, tidying service stations, and maintaining a polished atmosphere
• Complete all assigned opening and closing duties to standard before the end of each shift
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
• Support the team during large parties or special events, ensuring smooth service and elevated guest experiences
