• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations by sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations consistently throughout your shift.

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety protocols.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills within fast-paced hospitality settings.
