Description of Duties

Title: Brand Assistant

Classification: Non-Exempt

Pay Rate*: $20/hr. DOE

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative brand assistant! This role offers a high-touch opportunity to assist with all things LA RELAXED. Must know Shopify.

INVENTORY AND SORTING

● Help manage our Shopify backend including inventory updates, app integration, and uploading new products.

● Assist with inventory control, verification of stock, perform physical counts on items.

● Assist with hand tagging and identifying items.

● Oversee sorting merchandise into appropriate warehouse location.

● Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standards high.

● Learn our product and become familar with core styles and fabrics.

PRODUCT and ORDERS

● Prepare orders to be fulfilled, pulling items, preparing orders, and placing orders in the shipping area as needed during high volume time periods.

● Assist with expediting any special PR shipments.

● Understand high order packing standards and quality control.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

● Help answer customer queries regarding order status, returns, and shipping questions.

● Process returns and exchanges through our returns software.

MISCELLANEOUS

● Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed (labeling samples, catalogue trim/raw materials, pull photo samples for shoots.

● Assist Customer Care with sales events.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
