We are looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests and help create a positive and memorable hotel experience. If you enjoy customer service and have experience in hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage phone and online reservations
- Verify payment methods and process guest payments
- Register guests and maintain accurate records
- Provide information on hotel rooms, rates, and amenities
- Address guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness
- Upsell hotel services and amenities when appropriate
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred
- Experience with hotel reservation systems (e.g., SynXis, RediStay) a plus
- Familiarity with OTAs such as Booking.com and TripAdvisor preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hotel management degree is a plus but not required
Requirements
- Must be available to work Friday–Sunday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a drug test
