Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet established cleanliness standards.

- Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.

Skills
