What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper/Laundry position at La Quinta Inns & Suites by Wyndham?
Cleans guest rooms and guest areas, including making beds; dusting and vacuuming; cleaning bathroom; replacing supplies; cleaning windows and mirrors. Maintaining a stocked, organized, and clean cart with sufficient supplies.
Ensuring the privacy of guests and security of guests’ rooms.
Documents and secure lost and found items.
Must have reliable transportation, independent of others, and be able to work based on the needs of the hotel.
Must be a team player and dependable.
Communicates in a professional and friendly manner projecting an approachable demeanor to guests and to other staff members.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel.
