Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Uphold professional phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times
- Support night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance
- Assist in managing guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring a memorable stay
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment is highly preferred
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings
- Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are advantageous for communicating with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest services and resort operations
- Experience with night audit procedures or hotel accounting processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and clarity
