What You’ll be Doing:
As a Front Desk Agent, you’re the first and last impression for our guests. You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, and help keep things running smoothly throughout your shift. A big part of the role is making guests feel taken care of and giving them a reason to come back.
Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Reviewing arrivals, noting special requests, and assigning rooms
- Checking guests in and out in a friendly, confident way
- Answering phone calls quickly and giving clear, accurate info
- Following key control and credit policies
- Logging and turning in lost & found items properly
- Staying familiar with fire and emergency procedures
- Keeping an eye on room availability during your shift
- Communicating with other departments by phone or radio as needed
What You Bring:
- Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is helpful, but not required
- High school diploma or GED
- Good knowledge of the local area—restaurants, attractions, events
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy check-in/check-out times
- Comfortable working with hotel systems and entering information accurately
